Acceptance of Terms of Service

By accessing and using our application and website (“InstantDP App” and “InstantDP Web,” collectively “InstantDP App and Web”), you signify your acceptance of our ToS and any updated versions. If you do not agree with any content, please discontinue use.

Who May Use Our Services

Our ToS govern the relationship between the InstantDP application (“InstantDP App”) and InstantDP website (“InstantDP Web”) and you, the user (“User” or “Users”). The InstantDP App and Web provide products and services (“InstantDP Products and Services”) for personal, non-commercial use. By accessing or using InstantDP Products and Services, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and accepted our ToS, and that you agree to abide by these ToS as a User.

No Affiliation With Third-Party Platforms

InstantDP is independent and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or associated with any third-party platform, including but not limited to Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube. Users must comply with all applicable third-party terms, policies, and laws when using InstantDP. Your use of InstantDP does not grant you any licenses, rights, or permissions from these third-party platforms.

Materials Related to Our Services

InstantDP creates and develops various content, information, graphics, documents, text, products, and services (“Content” or “Materials”) offered through InstantDP App and Web. These are available for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms and conditions herein. By accessing and using InstantDP App and Web, you agree to be bound by and accept these ToS, and to use all Content and Materials in compliance with these ToS and applicable laws.

User Obligations

You agree to use the InstantDP App and Web, as well as InstantDP Products and Services, only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these ToS and applicable laws or regulations in the relevant jurisdictions.

Our tools are designed to help you download videos and images originally uploaded by your own account or content for which you have legal rights or permissions. We reserve the right to refuse service if you use our tools to infringe upon others’ privacy, intellectual property rights, or any other unlawful activities.

INSTANTDP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAWS, RULES, OR REGULATIONS COMMITTED BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY AT YOUR DIRECTION.

Specifically, you agree that in using InstantDP App and Web, or InstantDP Products and Services, your actions will not contravene any laws, rules, or regulations of (1) the country, state, or locality where you reside, or (2) the country, state, or locality where InstantDP is located or operates.

Trademark Policy

InstantDP respects trademarks and complies with trademark laws and regulations. Our trademark InstantDP is created by and belongs solely to InstantDP. It should always be used as “InstantDP” without alteration. Do not associate our trademark with or confuse it with any other individuals, entities, applications, websites, goods, or services that are not provided by InstantDP. We reserve our rights to protect the InstantDP trademark against any misuse, misrepresentation, or infringement. We appreciate reports of any suspected misuse, misrepresentation, or non-compliance.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

InstantDP respects copyrights and complies with copyright laws and regulations. Users are responsible for any content (including links) they use with InstantDP App and Web. InstantDP provides support to help Users download content that they have the right to access for their own legitimate interests. We only display “as is” content that Users have sourced from third-party platforms. Users must ensure they have the legal right, in accordance with relevant laws, to use such content and must respect their own and others’ intellectual property rights.

Users may only use videos or other media downloaded through the InstantDP App and Web for personal, non-commercial, lawful purposes. InstantDP cannot and is under no obligation to verify whether each piece of content is legal. If we detect any violation, we may ban Users from accessing and using the InstantDP App and Web and InstantDP Products and Services.

InstantDP does not back up or archive User content for any reason. We welcome reports of any suspected misuse, misrepresentation, unauthorized use, infringement, or non-compliance for proper handling.

Use License

We grant Users a temporary license to download one copy of the Content and Materials for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This license does not transfer any title or ownership. Under this license, you may not:

• Alter, modify, distribute, or duplicate the Materials;
• Use the Content or Materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Content or Materials;
• Transfer the Content or Materials to another person or “mirror” the Content or Materials on any other server.

We operate the InstantDP App and Web in accordance with principles that ensure the confidentiality of personal information. We do not disclose your personal information to any third parties for any reason.

The Content and Materials on InstantDP App and Web are provided “as is.” InstantDP makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Further, InstantDP does not warrant the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the Content and Materials on its website or any sites linked to it.

Accuracy of Content and Materials

The Content and Materials on InstantDP App and Web may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. InstantDP does not warrant that any Content and Materials are accurate, complete, or current. InstantDP may make changes to the Content and Materials at any time without notice.

InstantDP has no responsibility for the content of any sites linked to its platform. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by InstantDP. Use of any linked website is at the User’s own risk.

You are responsible for reviewing the updated terms every time you access or use our Website/Service. If you continue to use the Service after changes have been posted, you are deemed to have accepted those changes. Providing inaccurate or fraudulent contact information may result in immediate account deactivation.

Users may visit InstantDP App and Web anonymously. We do not record identification information unless you voluntarily submit it. You are responsible for providing correct and accurate identification information if requested. InstantDP is not responsible for fake or incorrect information provided by Users. If discovered, we may ban Users from accessing our Services.
